A letter on your University/College letterhead signed by your Supervisor is required one week after you have registered through the conference website to maintain your student registration rate. Online registration

If you would like to register online, please use the ACIS 2012 conference online registration system.

Payment can be made via the online registration system using Visa or Mastercard. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, then you must follow the manual registration instructions below.

Registration payments

All payments must be made in Australian dollars and received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to confirm your registration. A tax (GST) invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.


Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.

No-show policy

To be published in the ACIS 2012 conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate by Friday 2nd November 2012 and the paper must be presented at the conference. The presenter is required to register only once regardless of how many papers he or she (co)authors and presents.
